Job summary

Equus Workforce Solutions is seeking a Work Based Learning Coordinator in Dayton, OH to ensure eligible students participate in work-based learning and meet performance goals. You will evaluate student performance, produce assignments timely, and organize tasks to deadlines.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or two years of related experience coordinating training, plus strong computer and spreadsheet skills and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Computer literacy and proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing.
• Bachelor's Degree OR two years related experience in coordinating training.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all eligible students participate in Work Based Learning.
• Ensures Center meets or exceeds all of DOL/Company performance goals.
• Evaluates students' performance
• Produces assignments in a timely manner
• Organizes assignments to meet established deadlines
• Understands and meets all required job responsibilities
• Mentors, monitors and models the Career Success Standards as required by the PRH
• Shows respect and courtesy towards students and hold them accountable for their actions and behavior
