Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of administrative experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provides support for training and educational programs, including registration, materials, billing, evaluation, and reporting.
• Maintains records of training activities and associate progress; monitors program effectiveness.
• Arranges outside services for course facilitation and assembles/distributes course materials.
• Prepares and coordinates shipment of course materials across North America.
• Manages rosters in learning management system My Talent World and supports facilitators.
• Sends pre-work for classes and plans on-site lunches; assists with off-site classes as needed.
• Handles inquiries via Learning and Development email inbox and performs various administrative tasks.
