Job summary

Busnes@GLLM is seeking a part-time Work Based Assessor in Health and Social Care to recruit, support and assess a caseload of learners enrolled on Health & Social Care qualifications. You will deliver training, assess learner work, and perform quality assurance in workplace settings, predominantly remotely with some travel.

The role requires planning visits, promoting courses, and may involve teaching small group workshops.

Qualifications

• Delivery of training, assessment and quality assurance of learners’ work.
• Oversee learners’ knowledge and practical competence in workplace settings.
• Recruit for and deliver a variety of qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Meet with learners and employers within different workplace settings, predominantly remotely with some travel.
• Plan visits efficiently to minimise travel and maximise time.
• Provide resources and support to meet learners’ needs in the language of their choice.
