**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
- Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts in a professional manner
- Utilize training and knowledge to answer customer inquiries and sell products

- Comply with all company policies, scripts, and procedures while maintaining confidentiality
**What is Required (Qualifications):**
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to type at least 20 words per minute accurately
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
**How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
- One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, or inside sales in a contact center environment
- Previous state or federal work experience
