What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound and outbound contacts courteously and professionally
- Utilize knowledge and training to accurately answer customer inquiries and sell products
- Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve issues effectively
- Document and process customer orders accurately in the appropriate systems
- Attend meetings and training sessions to stay updated on program knowledge and processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, inside sales, or related fields in a contact center environment
