What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous and professional manner

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
- Strong customer service orientation, demonstrating empathy and responsiveness

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- One (1) year of experience in customer service or technical support within a contact center environment
- Previous state or federal work experience
