What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous, timely, and professional manner
- Accurately answer customer questions and sell appropriate products and services using knowledge base and training
- Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues
- Document and process customer orders in appropriate systems
- Attend meetings and training to stay updated on changes to program knowledge, systems, and processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
- Strong team orientation and customer focus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, inside sales, or administrative support in a contact center environment
