Job summary

BluShark Digital is seeking a detail-oriented WordPress and SEO Specialist to join our team. You will develop and maintain client WordPress sites, optimize them for search engines, and work with our development and account management groups to drive traffic and conversions.

You will collaborate with onboarding, analytics, and content teams on projects from initial builds to ongoing maintenance, ensuring site quality, CRM integrations, and smooth launches across client accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining WordPress websites.
• Strong SEO optimization skills.
• Familiarity with WordPress themes and plugins.
• Ability to collaborate across development, account management, and content teams.
• Experience integrating WordPress with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining WordPress websites, including front-end design and back-end management.
• Optimize website structure and technical aspects for search engines to improve ranking and visibility.
• Website testing and quality assurance
• Integrate WordPress websites with CRM systems to improve lead capture and tracking.
• Managing the entire process of a website from design to launch
• Providing technical assistance to clients, including email setup and redirects.
