Rise Technical Recruitment Limited in Austin, Texas is seeking a Web Developer & SEO Specialist to own and optimize the company's digital footprint. You will manage WordPress sites, drive technical SEO, and build landing pages as part of a fast-growing technology team.

You will collaborate with marketing on campaigns, analyze website performance with GA and SEO tools, and explore new web technologies in a dynamic startup environment.

Qualifications

• WordPress development experience with themes and plugins
• Strong front-end development skills including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery and responsive web design
• Experience implementing SEO strategies and using analytics tools (GA/SEMRush/Moz)
• Comfortable with AI tools and rapid learning in a startup environment

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and optimise company websites using WordPress for performance and UX
• Drive SEO strategy with technical SEO, keyword research, backlinks, analytics to grow traffic
• Create landing pages, improve UX/UI and support digital campaigns with marketing
• Collaborate with marketing and broaden skills across web technologies in a fast-paced startup
