You’ll optimize content for SEO, collaborate with marketing and design teams, monitor analytics, and provide WordPress training. A bachelor’s in a related field and 3–5 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 3-5 years of content management experience.
• Experience managing WordPress websites with Gutenberg editor and popular plugins.
• Familiarity with Kadence, WP Fusion, Yoast SEO, Gravity Forms, and Relevanssi Search.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, tools, and content optimization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a creative mindset.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Content Management: Develop and implement a content strategy and regularly update WordPress sites.
• WordPress Expertise: Manage themes, plugins, updates, and troubleshooting.
• SEO Optimization: Improve site SEO, metadata, and tagging; collaborate with copywriters.
• Analytics: Monitor site performance with Google Analytics and inform content strategies.
• Collaboration: Work with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Training: Provide WordPress training and support to team members.
