The Word Processor II provides a comprehensive administrative support to the customer by collaborating closely with managers and staff to meet their individual needs while adhering to office protocols. Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment and property.
Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Prepares multimedia documents, manages logistical aspects like participant enrollment, coordinates speaker schedules, and creates training materials. Schedules video and teleconferencing, prepares briefings, and records/edits/distributes minutes. Provides special project support, which entails addressing queries, tracks project progress, takes meeting notes, and executes tasks. Delivers general administrative support, including timekeeping, assists with travel arrangements, and updates Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of one to two (1-2) years relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
