Job summary

Greenkey Resources LLC is seeking a Word Processor & Administrative Support Specialist to produce, format, and edit complex legal documents while providing scheduling and reception support. You will transcribe, revise, and proofread materials to ensure accurate, professional output in a fast-paced legal environment.

You will collaborate with attorneys and staff, manage document versions, and handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; certification in word processing preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
  • Proficiency in document management systems and file sharing platforms is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to proofread and edit documents for grammar, punctuation, and spelling accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills for building professional relationships.
  • Experience supporting multiple professionals in a fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
