Word Processor - Private Client / Trusts & Estates
Location: Naples, Florida | Office-based
Salary: $45,000-$60,000 DOE
Hours: 40 hours per week

About the Opportunity
We are working with a well-established professional services firm in Naples, Florida, to recruit an experienced Word Processor to support its busy legal team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with strong document production skills and an interest in working within a professional legal environment, particularly supporting trusts and estates matters.
The successful candidate will work closely with attorneys, legal secretaries and office administration, providing high-quality document preparation and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide backup support to Legal Secretaries as required.
- Prepare, format, revise and finalise wills, trusts, estate planning documents, correspondence and other legal documents.
- Create and organise client binders containing executed trust and estate documents.
- Manage and process email attachments accurately and appropriately.
- Undertake document formatting, scanning, photocopying and electronic filing.
- Prepare correspondence and documents for mailing and courier services, including Certified Mail, UPS and FedEx.
- Maintain desk files and ensure client documentation is filed accurately and promptly.
- Assist with client signing meetings and act as a witness when required.
- Provide occasional backup support to Reception.
- Work collaboratively with attorneys, administrative staff and wider office teams.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as delegated by attorneys or the Office Administrator.
About You
We are looking for someone who is meticulous, dependable and comfortable working in a fast-paced professional environment.
You will ideally have:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- A degree in Business Administration or a related discipline is preferred.
- 2+ years' experience in a Word Processor or document production role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio and PowerPoint, together with Adobe.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational ability.
- The ability to prioritise workload, multitask and manage competing deadlines effectively.
- A professional, collaborative and team-focused approach.
- Previous experience within a legal or professional services environment is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work overtime when requested by an attorney.
