Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store and acknowledge them promptly.
• Explain, demonstrate and sell woodworking supplies and tools.
• Ring sales on the POS and process transactions.
• Maintain a neat, orderly, and well-stocked sales floor and display area.
• Handle refunds following prescribed procedures and documentation.
• Refer customers to other Rockler sources when items are unavailable.
• Assist with unloading trucks and merchandising as needed.
• Attendance is essential; be present for scheduled shifts.
