Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets customers as they enter the store and acknowledges them promptly.
• Handles all aspects of retail sales by answering questions and ringing up purchases on the POS.
• Promotes the “Total solution” by suggesting related products/services for the project.
• Maintains and merchandises the store to keep displays neat, stocked and appealing.
• Processes refunds and completes required documentation per procedures.
• Directs customers to other sources when items are unavailable, to build goodwill for Rockler Companies, Inc.
• Assists with unloading deliveries, pricing, and other duties as assigned.
• Attendance is essential and being present for scheduled shifts is expected.
