Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial or manufacturing settings preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to read a ruler.
• Experience using power tools and woodworking equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of tasks with acceptable quality and productivity rates.
• Operate industrial equipment, i.e., bindery, packaging, or woodworking machinery.
• Read a ruler accurately measure.
• Responsible for personal product quality assurance, final inspection and packaging as required.
• Basic understanding of equipment to identify proper functioning.
• Work cooperatively with co-workers and supervisors.
• Keep production records as required.
• Quality know, understand and follow quality control procedures; complete quality inspections; notify supervisor/lead of any non-conformances.
• Authority/responsibility to stop production due to quality issue.
