Closets by Design in Lisle, IL is seeking an enthusiastic Machine Operator to join our growing team. You will operate woodworking machinery, read cut lists, and follow installation techniques while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in woodworking or cabinet-making preferred (32mm systems).
• Experience with woodworking equipment and hand tools is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools.
• Understand product lines, machinery, assembly standards, and installation techniques.
• Follow quality and safety standards.
• Maintain shop equipment according to an established schedule.
• Understand cut lists for daily jobs.
• Additional tasks or projects as defined by the Operations Manager.
