Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking a motivated Machine Operator/Factory Worker to join our team. You will operate woodworking machinery, understand product lines, and follow quality and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, understanding daily cut lists, and taking on tasks as directed by the Production Manager. Valid driver's license is required; benefits include 401(k), health/dental/vision, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience in woodworking or cabinet-making preferred.
• Experience with woodworking equipment and hand tools is a plus.
• Must have valid driver''s license and a clean driving record.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Some prior woodworking experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools.
• Understand product lines, machinery, assembly standards, and installation techniques.
• Follow quality and safety standards.
• Maintain shop equipment according to schedule.
• Understand cut lists for daily jobs.
• Complete additional tasks as defined by Production Manager.
