Job summary

Workrite Ergonomics in Petaluma, CA is seeking a machine operator to join our Woodshop. You will operate and maintain various woodworking machinery to ensure the efficient and precise fabrication of our products, while following safety rules and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Entry level position.
• Basic reading, writing and math skills.
• Ability to learn and use an ERP system.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced environment.
• Speak, read, write and understand basic English.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate equipment including molder, drill press, kerf cutter, pin router, table saw, and precision measuring tools.
• Maintain quality assurance standards.
• Interpret drawings, cut sheets, work instructions and job orders.
• Assemble and package products.
• Inspect parts and machinery for errors.
• Use provided PPE and maintain a safe, clean work area.
• Adhere to safety regulations.
