Job summary

Workrite Ergonomics seeks a dedicated Machine Operator III for the Woodshop in Petaluma. You will operate and maintain woodworking machinery, interpret CAD drawings, and fabricate a variety of products with precision.

The role requires strong CNC/woodworking experience in a manufacturing setting, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and in a team. First shift hours are 6:00AM-2:30PM, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience with CNC machines and/or woodworking is required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain woodworking machinery across diverse products.
• Interpret CAD drawings and translate to fabrication steps; propose improvements.
• Fabricate products with high quality, using hand tools and finishing techniques.
• Maintain safety, PPE, and clean work area; follow all regulations.
