Workrite Ergonomics in Petaluma, CA is hiring a Machine Operator for our Woodshop. You will operate and maintain woodworking machinery, read CAD drawings, and program CNC machines to fabricate a wide range of products.

The role requires 5 years of CNC/woodworking and manufacturing experience, a HS diploma or GED with welding, and the ability to work fast and safely on first shift (6:00 AM–2:30 PM). Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401K, tuition reimbursement and more.

Qualifications

• 5 years of CNC or woodworking experience.
• 5 years in a manufacturing environment.
• HS diploma or GED plus welding training.
• Basic reading, math and data entry skills.
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment.

Responsibilities
