Join Lifespark as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Woodbury Senior Living.

About the Role

Woodbury Health Care Center, a Lifespark Skilled Nursing Community, seeks a dedicated CNA to join our team. We serve seniors requiring TCU and Long-Term Care, located next to Woodbury High School. Since 1979, we've been helping seniors Age Magnificently and are part of Senior Care Communities, a local non-profit.

Schedule and Compensation

• Part-time, PMs, NOC shifts, including every other weekend
• Wage: $21-$26/hour based on experience
• Sign-on Bonus: $500 for Part-Time, $1,000 for Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents of all genders, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating residents with respect and dignity.
• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, mobility, and other personal care as per care plans.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and attentive care.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Experience in assisted living communities
• Completion of MN CNA program and active on MN registry
• Interest in healthcare, positive attitude, strong communication and customer service skills
