Job Responsibilities

• Develop layout and design drawings from architectural drawings or sketches.
• Communicate with building designers or professionals for clarifications.
• Generate placement plans and identify locations of designs.
• Obtain and evaluate information on products, field modifications, or damages.
• Analyze technical data to ensure design meets specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering personnel for design modifications.
• Analyze plans and diagrams to determine material specifications.
• Write technical descriptions of material qualities.
• Prepare sketches or finished drawings to illustrate materials or assembly sequences.
