Qualifications

• Read a calibrated tape measure accurately.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Able to perform a physically demanding 10‑hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Sort, stack and grade wood by size and grade.
• Operate chop saws, compound miter saws and other equipment.
• Work with supervisor to troubleshoot mechanical or material issues.
• Cross-train in multiple departments to add variety and earnings potential.
