Marvin is seeking a Production Associate in Baker City, OR. You will work hands-on with wood processing centers, moving around the day and collaborating with a team. No experience? We provide training to set you up for success, with opportunities for promotion across the company.

Qualifications

• Learn to read and use a calibrated tape measure.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent attendance and the ability to be on time.
• Ability to work a physical job for 10 hours per day.
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus.
• A high school diploma is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sort, stack and grade wood based on size and grade of material.
• Operate chop saws, compound miter saws, and other equipment.
• Work closely with your supervisor to troubleshoot any mechanical or material issues.
• Cross-train in multiple departments, adding variety to your workday and more money to your paycheck.
