Lexington Manufacturing, LLC is seeking a Machine Operator on 1st shift in Ramsey, MN to set up and operate automated and semi-automated wood processing machinery. You will handle, inspect, and package raw and finished wood parts, using computerized equipment and coordinating with teammates.

The role starts at $22 per hour, with increases based on experience. Qualifications include a high school diploma, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing experience with blueprint reading is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate weight.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate automated and semi-automated wood processing machinery.
• Handle, inspect, and package raw and finished wood parts.
• Use computerized equipment and communicate regularly with other team members.
• This position will report to a shift lead for the department.
