Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift wooden pallets up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Overtime may be required.
• Able to work in extreme heat, cold, and dusty conditions.
• PPE including eye/ear protection and safety shoes required.

Responsibilities

• Build and repair wooden pallets from fresh or recycled wood.
• Receive wood from the saw shop and assemble with a nail gun along set stringers.
• Stack finished pallets for forklift operators to move to appropriate areas.
• Follow safety procedures to ensure personal and coworker safety.
• Maintain high quality standards while handling a high volume of pallets.
