Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and the ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly, with prior lumber/warehouse or trades experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift heavy pallets on a regular basis.
• Experience in lumber/warehouse/construction carpentry or related fields preferred.
• Good manual dexterity and a strong eye for detail.
• Clear communication with management and team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate power saws to slot, cut, and trim wood for pallet creation.
• Operate power saws to cut and trim wood pallets.
• Follow and adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with plant management on a regular basis.
• Work overtime as needed.
• Support the pallet manufacturing process.
