Qualifications

• Kitchen experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Safe, competent knife skills.
• Physically able to stand for shifts and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Experience with wood-fired cooking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn all recipes and cooking techniques.
• Adhere to standards of quality, sanitation and safety.
• Cross-train in all stations (salad, saute9, plancha and wood oven).
• Assist with inventory management.
• Assist with prep and dishwashing when needed.
