• Physically able to stand for shifts and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Experience with wood-fired cooking is a plus.

• Cross-train in all stations (salad, saute9, plancha and wood oven).
• Assist with inventory management.

Starting hourly wage: $17-$22/hour

Responsibilities include:

• learning all recipes, sourcing and cooking techniques
• adhering to standards of quality, sanitation and safety protocols
• cross training in all stations - salad, sauté, plancha and wood oven
• assist with inventory management
• assist with prep and dishwashing when needed
