Job summary

Tazza Kitchen in Raleigh, NC is seeking line cooks to join our kitchen team. We offer part-time and full-time roles with starting wages of $18-$22 per hour. You will learn all recipes, sourcing and cooking techniques while upholding quality and safety standards.

Cross training across stations – salad, sauté, plancha and wood oven – is available. We also assist with inventory, prep and dishwashing as needed. Benefits include PTO and health coverage for those who qualify.

Qualifications

• Kitchen experience preferably in a high-volume restaurant.
• Safe, competent knife skills.
• Physically able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Experience with wood-fired cooking a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn all recipes, sourcing and cooking techniques.
• Adhere to standards of quality, sanitation and safety protocols.
• Cross train in salad, sauté, plancha and wood oven.
• Assist with inventory management.
• Assist with prep and dishwashing when needed.
