• Minimum of 3–5 years in retail management or equivalent leadership role.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced retail environments.
• Strong ability to recruit, hire, train and develop staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset for merchandising, pricing, and performance analysis.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment in a dynamic setting.
• Proven track record of growing store sales and market share.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales budgets and deliver outstanding customer shopping experiences.
• Lead and mentor store associates; schedule, train and develop team.
• Merchandise strategically following company guidelines and standards.
• Maintain store presentation, safety, and loss-prevention practices.
• Operate as KCM/Manager on Duty as needed and support leadership team.
• Analyze business reports (P&L, CPR, BAT, STPOA, STPRC) to optimize stock and pricing.
• Handle HR tasks, performance coaching, and disciplinary actions as required.
