Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking a talented Women’s/Missy Designer to create apparel collections from concept to prototype in an in-office setting in California. This hands-on role requires a strong eye for color, trend, silhouette, fabric and detail.

You will partner with the Design Director, guide junior designers, collaborate with product development, and drive line development for key retail markets. A portfolio and proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator are essential.

Qualifications

5–7 years of experience designing women’s or missy apparel.
A portfolio showcasing women’s/missy design work is required.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Experience creating CADs, tech packs, and digital illustrations.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Design Director to develop styles from concept through completion.
Guide Associate and Assistant Designers through line development.
Collaborate with Product Development to monitor pre‑production samples.
Work with Sales and leadership to shape silhouettes, fabrics, and concepts for key retail markets.
Create and deliver polished retailer presentations and special projects.
Lead and participate in fit sessions.
Review pre‑production product details to ensure accuracy before production.
