Job summary

24 Seven Talent in City of Industry is seeking a Development Technical Designer with experience in Women’s RTW to join onsite. The role focuses on turning sketches and references into production-ready specs and garments, from concept through development.

You will evaluate fit samples, ensure construction aligns with brand standards, and partner with design, production, and cross-functional teams to drive quality and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Women’s RTW technical design.
• Understanding of garment construction, fit, and fabric behavior.
• Ability to create specs from sketches or references.
• Experience with private label is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and update technical packages, specs, and construction details for Women’s RTW styles.
• Interpret design sketches into production-ready garments.
• Evaluate fit samples and provide comments for consistency and quality.
• Collaborate with design, production, and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure garment fit aligns with brand standards.
• Manage multiple styles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
