24 Seven Talent is seeking a highly creative Women's Sportswear Designer in Los Angeles to shape seasonal collections blending performance, comfort, fit, and style. You will partner with Merchandising, Product Development, Technical Design, and Sales to translate market insights into compelling product assortments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related discipline required.
6+ years of apparel design experience, ideally women's sportswear or activewear.
Strong portfolio with concept development, CADs, and finished samples.

Responsibilities

Design seasonal women's sportswear and activewear from concept to production handoff.
Create boards, color palettes, sketches, CADs, flats, and presentation materials.
Research trends and opportunities; collaborate to maintain design intent through development.
Partner with fabric/trim teams and attend fittings to refine fit and construction.
Develop clear technical design packages and manage multi-project calendars.
