Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking a talented Women’s/Missy Designer to create apparel collections from concept to prototype in an in-office setting in California. This hands-on role requires a strong eye for color, trend, silhouette, fabric and detail.

You will partner with the Design Director, guide junior designers, collaborate with product development, and drive line development for key retail markets. A portfolio and proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience designing women’s or missy apparel.
• A portfolio showcasing women’s/missy design work is required.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience creating CADs, tech packs, and digital illustrations.

What You’ll Bring

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, Textiles, Fine Art, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience designing women’s or missy apparel.
• A portfolio showcasing women’s/missy design work is required.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Knowledge of garment construction, textiles, finishing techniques, screen printing, and fabric development.
• Experience creating CADs, tech packs, and digital illustrations.
• A strong artistic eye for color, graphics, silhouettes, and market trends.
• Excellent organization, communication, follow-through, and deadline‑management skills.
• Ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience working with proto packages and overseas partners is preferred.
