Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking an experienced Ready-To-Wear Designer for our Los Angeles fashion design team. This full-time role is based in-office, with a strong emphasis on translating seasonal concepts into compelling product from research through development.

You will contribute to multiple collections, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and guide junior team members while traveling internationally as needed to support vendor meetings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ready-to-wear apparel design experience.
• Strong fashion POV, color sense, fabrics and trims knowledge.
• Experience designing commercially relevant, trend-aware collections.
• Proficient in sketching, CAD, and tech packs development.
• Excellent organization and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Research trends to inform seasonal direction.
• Develop seasonal concepts, CADs, color palettes, and product assortments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners through the product lifecycle.
• Support fabric, trim, wash, and color development.
• Create and review technical packages to communicate design intent.
• Participate in fit sessions and provide feedback on construction and proportion.
• Help manage in-season development and evolving collection priorities.
• Provide guidance to junior team members.
• Travel internationally as needed for product development.
