The Women Services Suite Nurse Manager will oversee a dynamic Birthing Suite serving mothers, newborns, and families throughout the region. This high-volume facility provides technologically-advanced support that helps clinicians coordinate safe, efficient, and family-centered care across labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum services. The Women Services Suite Nurse Manager will promote clinical excellence, support best practices in maternal-newborn nursing, optimize patient flow, and help ensure an outstanding experience during some of life’s most memorable moments.

Reporting to senior nursing leadership, the Women Services Suite Nurse Manager will receive strong operational and administrative support while leading daily staffing, quality improvement, regulatory readiness, performance management, budgeting, employee engagement, and patient safety initiatives. This nursing management role partners closely with friendly nurses and a diverse team of physicians, advanced practice providers, educators, technicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals.
