Western North Carolina Community Health Services (WNCCHS) provides patient centered, team-based primary care to residents of Western North Carolina. We are looking for a full-time, 40 hour per week, experienced Nursing leader to join our growing team! The Nurse Manager will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and coaching a clinical nursing team. They will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to ensure that all clinical operations are running smoothly and efficiently within their team. The Nurse Manager will oversee nursing staff at all three of our locations in Asheville, Candler and Marion and be based at our Minnie Jones Health Center at 257 Biltmore Ave, Asheville, NC 28801.

Salary range $85,000 to $95,000
Competitive salary range based on education and experience.
