Qualifications

• Ability to work collaboratively in a hospital-based healthcare environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States without employer-sponsored visa support.

Full Time

Work Arrangement: On-site

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses for a Women's Services department in Rutherfordton, North Carolina. The ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of Labor and Delivery (L&D) RN experience, including experience gained within the last two years.

Selected candidates must be comfortable working across all areas of Women's Services, including Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, and Antepartum. Cross-training may be provided for Postpartum and Antepartum if needed.

A current North Carolina RN license or an eligible Compact RN license with North Carolina endorsement is required.

Important: Candidates without Labor and Delivery nursing experience will not be considered. Recent L&D experience is mandatory.

Required Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina, or a qualifying Compact RN license with the required North Carolina endorsement or authorization.


• At least 2 years of Labor and Delivery RN experience.


• Recent Labor and Delivery experience within the past 2 years.

• Strong patient education, teamwork, and care-coordination skills.
