Job summary

Veracity Ventures Inc. is seeking an experienced Women’s Services Registered Nurse to join our Rutherfordton, NC team. The role focuses on Labor and Delivery, postpartum, and antepartum care, requiring solid clinical skills and compassionate patient support.

Applicants must hold a North Carolina RN license (or a qualifying Compact license with NC endorsement) and have at least 2 years of recent L&D experience. The position is on-site and full-time, with cross-training opportunities as needed.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in North Carolina or a qualifying Compact RN license with NC endorsement.
• At least 2 years of Labor and Delivery RN experience, including within the last 2 years.
• Willingness to work across all Women’s Services areas: L&D, Postpartum, Antepartum.
• Willingness to complete cross-training for Postpartum and Antepartum if necessary.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, documentation, and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hospital-based healthcare environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States without employer-sponsored visa support.

Responsibilities

• Provide care across Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Antepartum areas.
• Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond to obstetric emergencies.
• Document care accurately and communicate with the care team.
