CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for Women's Services at our community hospital in Henderson, NC.

You will provide patient-centered care across antepartum, labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn/postnatal care, while monitoring conditions and supporting safe births. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, administer medications, educate families, and contribute to health initiatives within the hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure.
• Experience or knowledge in women’s health, labor, and delivery nursing preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-focused care in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care across antepartum, labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn/postnatal areas.
• Assess and monitor patients' conditions, including fetal monitoring.
• Administer medications and offer education to mothers and families.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe births and recovery.
• Support ongoing health initiatives within a community hospital setting.
