Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reviews patient needs and conditions to deliver nursing care.
• Analyzes patient information to develop individualized care plans.
• Prepares nursing processes, such as medication administration and treatments.
• Reconciles medical records to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluates patient response to interventions and adjusts care as needed.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary care team for care planning.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
