Job summary

UVA Health in Charlottesville seeks an experienced Women’s Services Float Pool RN to provide expert nursing care across NICU, Labor & Delivery, and Mother Baby units. You will support staffing, maintain clinical excellence, and enhance patient experience in a Magnet-recognized environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required within 5 years of hire.
• 1 year of relevant nursing experience.
• Licensed to Practice as a Registered Nurse in Virginia and BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care across NICU, Labor & Delivery, and Mother Baby units.
• Support staffing needs while maintaining exceptional clinical and patient experience standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, APRNs, lactation consultants, respiratory therapists, and support staff.
