Job summary

We are seeking a Women's Services Float Pool RN at UVA Health in Charlottesville, VA. You will provide skilled care across NICU, Labor & Delivery, and Mother Baby units, supporting staffing and ensuring top-quality patient experiences.

Ideal candidates bring NICU and L&D experience, a BSN, Virginia RN license, and a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach within a Magnet-recognized nursing culture.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a BSN within 5 years of hire.
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in Virginia with BLS/ACLS certification.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience, NICU and L&D preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert nursing care across NICU, Labor & Delivery, and Mother Baby units.
• Support staffing needs while maintaining clinical and patient experience standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, lactation consultants, and respiratory therapists.
• Promote best practices and patient centered outcomes across Women's Services.
