Job summary

Prince William County Community Services seeks a Supervisory Therapist IV to lead a Women’s Recovery Project team and oversee clinical services for women with substance use and co-occurring disorders. The role includes supervision of a small clinical team, program administration, and compliance with funding and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related behavioral science field.
• 3 years' experience providing oversight and direct clinical services to women with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders.
• 2 years of professional-level supervisory experience.
• Must be licensed in Virginia as an LPC, LCSW, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and clinical/administrative supervision to a team of Therapist IIs and one Therapist III.
• Deliver therapy and case management services to women who are pregnant and/or parenting with substance use disorders.
• Ensure compliance with ASAM Criteria, WHODAS, and Medicaid/Medicare billing requirements.
• Collaborate with other programs and stakeholders across the county.
