Job summary

Prince William County Criminal Justice Services is seeking an Adult Recovery Court Case Manager to provide comprehensive case management for adults with substance use disorders involved in the justice system. You will assess needs, connect clients to resources, and coordinate services to support recovery and program compliance.

The role involves collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team, delivering presentations, and maintaining detailed documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 3 years related experience.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Criminology, Psychology, Social Services, Counseling or related field and 3 years related experience.
• Experience coordinating services for clients in the community; conduct risk assessments and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management services to justice-involved adults with substance use disorders.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and identify individual needs and barriers.
• Connect participants with county and community resources and support services.
• Coordinate services and provide ongoing service navigation to promote recovery and compliance with program requirements.
