Job summary

The Women’s Philanthropy Manager at Jewish Philanthropies of Southern Arizona leads engagement and fundraising through Women’s Philanthropy initiatives, managing donor relationships and coordinating strategies to meet annual campaign goals.

In collaboration with staff and volunteers, the role oversees the Lion of Judah program, develops meaningful programs for women, and coordinates events, education, and recognition to deepen community impact.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of demonstrated experience in donor cultivation and relationship management.
• Strong understanding of Jewish culture, values and philanthropic traditions; local knowledge preferred.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license and ability to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Women’s Philanthropy annual campaign planning, execution, donor solicitation, stewardship and meetings.
• Oversee Lion of Judah program, including recruitment, recognition and engagement; plan events and communications.
• Manage a donor portfolio with personalized engagement plans and moves management in CRM.
• Plan and deliver Women’s Philanthropy programs, events and engagement opportunities.
