Job summary

Jewish Federation of Greater Houston is seeking a Women’s Philanthropy Program Coordinator to advance donor engagement, events, and mission experiences. This role collaborates with philanthropy colleagues, volunteers, and the event management team to create meaningful experiences that strengthen donor relationships and advance our mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 3–5 years nonprofit experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong relationship management.
• Able to work with volunteers, donors, and community leaders.

Responsibilities

• Support cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of donors.
• Relaunch Pomegranate Giving Level Society and boost engagement.
• Plan and coordinate Women’s Philanthropy events and cabinet activities.
• Coordinate donor recognition, invitations, registrations, and logistics.
• Manage mission experiences and major donor events.
• Maintain CRM records and donor engagement data.
• Represent the Federation at programs and community events.
