Job summary

Jewish Federation of Greater Houston is seeking a Women's Philanthropy Program Coordinator to join a growing philanthropy team. The role focuses on implementing Women’s Philanthropy programs, donor engagement, events, and mission experiences in collaboration with volunteers and staff.

You will work with the Director of Women's Philanthropy to enhance donor relationships, coordinate major fundraising events, and provide exceptional service at community programs, while supporting strategic

Qualifications

• College degree required
• 3–5 years of professional nonprofit administration, event management, or fundraising preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Women's Philanthropy in cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of donors.
• Manage and relaunch the Pomegranate giving level Society to boost engagement.
• Coordinate Women’s Philanthropy Cabinet programming, invitations, registrations, and attendance tracking.
• Collaborate with Event Manager on all Women’s Philanthropy events and follow-up.
• Oversee fundraising event registration, seating logistics, and day-of-event operations.
• Lead administration for domestic and international mission experiences including logistics and communications.
